If you get charged it will be...

...the price of part (declared on export) inc delivery costs +duty(?% ) +vat(20%) +cash handling charge(circa £8). HMRC have a list of duty rates based on the category of the item.

So at a minimum, it will be more than 20% as that is just the VAT not including the duty and other costs.

I normally roll with item + 21% + £15 and it's never normally too far off.

Might help you a little.

I believe parts/styling parts or parts thereof is between 3.5% and 4.5% duty, but the value has to be over £135 to include duty anyway.
