For anyone who may well be considering this, this may be of use to you (I just stumbled on it looking for something else)...

Assuming it's the same car going by the wheels, and assuming the guy who bought it then is the guy selling it now, he's had it for a little over a year. Hopefully he's sorted out the small rust issue and it looks like he's also replaced the missing side trim from the drive side.
