Penetrating grease for OEM bushes

I've got some silicon grease from Maplin which is very thick and sticky. Another thing you could use is motorbike chain lube (P1?). It's like a solvent based glue, don't get it on your hands! I wouldn't use it on rubber bits though, it's probably oil based.
