So I pulled into the next services and gave the caliper a good old tap or ten with the nut wrench. It unseized it and again it's never done it since.

Barry boys was a forum where they posted pics of ridiculously modified cars and just slated them for it, when most of the people on there drive modified cars themselves, of not much better quality than those of the ones they were slating.
