Why do tuning houses spend soo much money on R & D when an eBay sticker and back box make a car a "Mugen"

it is prob a mugen spec jap car they are mad on them in japan and usa , that car has front bumper/ spoiler rear roof spoiler and rear bumper spoiler and is lowered centre of dash looks dif too
