Want to change front grill on 5th Gen.
Can it be done without removing bumper??

I've modified mine and forgotten what it used to look like, so forgive me if this is slightly inaccurate, but it should get you there.
There are three (I believe) of the push in/screw out plastic fixings securing it in position. One at each end on the top and one centrally on the bottom. Remove these by unscrewing them part way and pulling both halves out. Then you'll need to pull the grill towards you slightly as it hooks at various points along the top of the bumper. That should be about it I think.
