Lol I do see where ppl are coming from with the prelude front end comments, it is a lovely front end but tbh I only want a jdm front end on it becoz it would be different. I do like the ludes front end but has anyone seen a dc2 front ended lude? Coz I sure aint :-) and I would love a jdm itr but insurance is mad! I'd rather stick with my lude and make it "different" :-) the front end of a teg looks about the same width but like ppl are saying the front end of the lude seems a bit longer, maybe I can just fabricate the lude bumper, bonnet and wings to fit the dc2 headlights?.... Seems the easiest way really instead of cutting and shutting the bonnet and wings? I think supermarine blue has the best idea :-D
My vtec goes bwaaaaaaaah!!!

5th gen i know ;-)

I suggested cutting and shutting the wings as surely that'll be the easiest way of creating the same curvature to nestle the headlights in. I do recon a teg bumper will offer up to a lude's slam panel with minor support mods, so it's really just the bonnet that will cause the issues, as I don't know of anyone who has tried either on the other car, to see how far off it would be. I wouldn't recommend cutting and shutting a bonnet though as that would be one serious weak point, unless you removed the front half of the outer skin from a lude bonnet and then welded the front half of a teg bonnet back in, strengthen it and then blend where necessary.
