Oddly enough I've just spotted a Mazda 323 in a car park, with what looks like it could be exactly what your after Nick. They look to be a factory option, but also an addition to the standard 323 skirts which are plain like ours. I didn't have my phone on me to take a picture, but here's some google images...

They do look like they could work perfectly as the hug the entire back end of the skirt and tuck quite far underneath like our OEM skirts ;-)

i was thinking exactly that!

massive respect for the red bb4 crew and all that but i dont really think it flows very well :(

i was also wondering what the deal with your arch was! lol looks like its slightly deformed at the bottom :o

yes ive resprayed my arch after repairing it - trust ratty to spot some dodgy diy paint

yeah i felt a bit bad about that Dbo ;) but as theres no sign of them as yet i thought id muck about with the fin idea as i quite like the look of it - it could also be easily made out fibreglass and could potentially be produced at a low cost by someone - would be easier and cheaper to ship as well - just a thought. :geek:

cheers for the extra pics Nathan - will have a look around for the parts off a 323 and see what i come up with

I thought it was a prank at first as i couldn't spot them

Nice idea and i reckon with a bit of tweaking it would be pretty good 8-)

I have a "fins" mod on the go so hopefully you will back me when the time comes ;)
