3rd genners...

Post by NafemanNathan » Sun Nov 03, 2013 9:23 pm

What length wipers are you using?

I'm running 18" Bosch Aeroblades (The ones I replaced were 18"), but the driver's side knocks the A-pillar on the up  The wiper arms can't be adjusted any lower either. I've even bought a 16" blade to try and even that knocks.

Anyone know if there's any adjustment to be made cam linkage or anything under the skuttle panel?

It knocks so hard I can feel it through the pedals! :?

The first time it happened I thought it was suspension related. Even had all four corners up in the air before a long journey the other weekend just to check

Both of my 3rd Gens did this
Just got a smaller blade and adjusted the wiper arms settle position.

Yeah my settled position is so low that occasionally it knocks at the bottom just before it goes up

Mine does it too, Its always been fitted with the same spec. bosch blades as yours, so considered it normal, but no backlash through the pedals.
