I bought my cables from frauds, connectors from an auto electrical shop, battery tray from egay, cut off switch from Pistonheads (but available from egay, frauds, most motorfactor style places) then bolts to attach to the chassis I just had a load of in a big tin.

really need to tidy mine up, haven't rid the old cable's etc. yet

Hmm, seems like an interesting mod. Saw lots of engine bays without the batteries at the South Mimms meet and it certainly tidies up the engine bay and gives more room to work there, or store sandwiches and stuff! :D

Right chaps. Getting cable from vtectoms link on ebay. Getting fixtures ect from AES. This will include self adhesive tie down pads, two cable eye ends, a black plastic over braid type stuff as i don't like the red cabling running through a stripped interior   ;). I have shrink wrap for the ends. Total cost will be around the £30 mark. Bargin :D

Yep. I have those too. Its a sticky pad that cable ties can attach to, to keep the cables in place.

Yeah, but not to "tie down" to?
