I see what you mean, weird. That's a shame, I wonder what brace I've seen then with the JRSC?

Done a little more checking and the Neuspeed braces look different.

So either this is a 2.0i only brace which I can't find a pic of, or its from another car, or its not a neuspeed???

Out of interest does it still fit to the bolt holes if you flip it around and have the main bar more towards the back? I know that sounds stupid and you've probably already tried this, but thought I'd ask. :?

That doesn't look at all like the Neuspeed braces :?

It does look like a Neuspeed. It has the correct feet and the gauge of tubing looks to be correct.

It has to be for a Prelude, there's such a slim chance that it's for another car, and even if it was, what are the chances it would then be found to fit a Prelude?

Maybe it's an early Prelude brace. Quite often these companies make to suit just one spec of car (In this case maybe a 2.0i), but then list it for all models. Only later when released and the complaints come in do they realise it wasn't quite as simply as they'd envisaged.

It wouldn't pick up the other way around either Rob, due to it mounting to the upper wishbone fixings which are different distances side to side between front and back.

Thought as much Nath, been so long since I viewed my engine bay I couldn't recall the wishbone nut locations. I had everything crossed they were the same. It's not like gb-lude would have actually tried this anyway!

I get where you're coming from there but compared to the other pictures posted it looks more like a copy, that's going off the shape of the bit that forks off. I don't think I worded my other post very well. 2/3 a genuine brace does not make. Could be an early version though, as you say.

It was fitted to one of my friends 4th. Seen it black with the nuespeed grafix on it, but his car was white so he removed the sticker and spray painted it white.
I bought it for my project., was very dissapointed it didn't fit. Tried every way but this is the only way.
I will a 100% fit the 2.0.

Anyone interested , give me an offer!
