Yea, tis a shame as its a lovely looking design. I spent a lot of time looking at headers and thought about designing and having my own made, unfortunately I cannot justify the cost so went with the ram horn header, the only down side is I cannot run the standard front to rear cross member that you see in the last picture. I am going to try and make a replacement bar so that when I ground out it won't bugger up the sump! I think my original one is missing. I am trying to leave as much stock as possible just to get it up and running, then eventually:

1. Get a smaller battery and relocate it to the space between the passenger front shock tower and the bulkhead.
2. Reposition the ABS module to either where the original air filter (driverside) was located or opposite the steering column above the rear cross member.
3. Relocate the washer bottle or create a shiney new one.
4. Mount a cold air filter box where the ABS module used to be and duct cold air to it from outside.
5. Make a custom full width rad, one half would be the engine radiator, the other half would be a charge cooler rad with a fully ducted front scoop
6. If I do all the above it might be a good idea to all holes filled and paint the bay, I think i'd like to go with a brushed aluminium and black look.

I've had a couple weeks to wait around for stuff, unfortunately everybody I speak to these days is very busy and it affects how quick I can get custom stuff Attached are a couple more updates.

Passenger side gearbox mount fits pretty much spot on, I was expecting it to be out a bit as it was hard to measure but glad it bolts straight up. Fitted the redesigned throttle cable bracket and mounted the top half of the header, it sits very close to the brake servo so need to find a shorter one if they are available.

hehe, should be some more updates this weekend, I am hoping to get the following done:

1. Old ECU removed - k20 ECU installed.
2. Install engine harness.
3. Install conversion harness.
4. cut lower rear subframe for the lower half of the exhaust header.
5. Take measurements for the drive shafts.
6. Probably some other stuff I have forgotten!

Cheers, I think I massively over engineered the mount as its huge and would probably be the only part in one piece if I ever have an accident!
