This first pass was literally to establish a wall to work with. I'll be cutting the edges right back to the face, so it will be cleaned right up. Then I've got a few ideas of how to go from here ;-)

If you need a proper dremel let me know ;)

One of the perks of being a Bosch development engineer is I get all Bosch stuff at staff price, and yes, Dremel is Bosch brand ;)

I get cheap Dremel accessories too ;)

I would love a proper Dremel Johnny! :D I was looking at getting the 4000 with Flexi attachment kit a while ago, but just kept putting off spending the monies on it. I wouldn't mind some decent cutoff saw attachments too ;-) So yes, please PM me a price if that's really alright :mrgreen:
