clutch and lightened flywheel question

hi few questions need the change the clutch was thinking about changing the flywheel at the same time my engine code is h22a8

1. are all the h22 clutch and flywheels interchangeable

2. it worth putting a lighten flywheel on if yes what weight i was thinking around 5 kg car is a daily

3. and anyone used this clutch

1) yes all interchangeable

2) yes its worth it the lighter the flywheel the harder it is to drive normally

I have this ultra lighweight flywheel on my h22a8.
Competition clutch 4.35kg

Makes the car more responsive and a hoot to drive. Its a little trickier to balance the biting point in traffic and on hills but as long as you have an OEM clutch it should be as close to stock.
I installed an ATR clutch in mine when i upgraded the fluwheel, highly reccomended if you want that stock feel.
Getting an ATR (genuine honda accord type R clutch) a slightly bigger clutch plate and many of us on here has done it

I wouldn't skimp on quality when it comes the gearbox as its a pain in the arse job to haul it all out again if anything fails. or unless your able to do the work yourself

I've recently had a genuine Accord Type-R clutch fitted (Same place as prelude_h22 posted above) along with a Fidanza 3.6kg flywheel. It's an absolute pleasure to drive now (Did have a Stage 1 clutch on OEM flywheel and it was a nightmare in slow traffic and for balancing). Definitely do it if it's an option. Makes for a really responsive drive yet still has a true factory untinkered feel.

thanks for help i can do the work myself but still a gearbox is never a nice job to do just looks like i need to get my money out now i dont do a lot of town driving so not to fussed about that
