Epic fail by my housemate.

Post by lewd lude lover » Sun Apr 22, 2012 4:24 pm

Jim is a good guy but his home skills are lacking.

my missis went to the shop to get washing powder. she came back with a bag of shopping but no washing powder. This, while frustrating, is not that suprising.

My housemate says he is going to go aswell before it closes so i ask him if he could please get me some non-bio washing powder/liquid whatever... ok he says and off he goes.

comes back with this........

if you cant see the issue then i hope you still live at home ;)

We explain to him, amid some laughter, that he has bought us a bumper size fabric conditioner , not fabric washing materiel.

'oh' he says.

'can we use some of your stash then please mate? we will take this and exchange it tomorrow'

'yep'

he then goes to his room to get his supply. we hear a laugh and it turns out thats exactly what he has upstairs.

He has been washing his clothes, for a looong time, in only fabric conditioner

made me laugh anyway.

Haha, I didn't really think of that aspect! Are his clothes always stained?

He's going to be amazed how clean his clothes are when he washes them with wash powder

This is not too bad. You're fine so long as it's not you where the smell comes from.

Body lotion instead of shampoo?
Insect spray in the armpits?
Had them both and it didn't even take an incompetent housemate. :|

My ex flat mate was the same, utter dunce.

He never knew how to change a lightbulb so when it blew, he went and bought another lamp. He had about eight lamps in his room
