I believe it was Autocar from 1994...maybe 1995.
I have an original copy of the magazine at home somewhere

The car was never destined for production, it was used as a test bed for the 4wd system that was to find it's way into the CRV. Honda do lots of crazy stuff like this that the general public just never get to hear about. All these test and development mules end up being crushed once the company has finished with them...real shame as I know of two or three cars at Honda MFG in Swindon that I'd very much like to get my hands on !!
