Gearbox build
How interchangeable are the gears between boxes anyway? I guess the syncro would need changing too? Do you want me to do a run down of the best gears from each of the box from the prelude online list? Can do a top speed per gear run down of the ratio options...

yeah alex that would be great
then if we can get the ratios from different hondas we can mix amd match to give the best box

OK
I've got an idea... Do you want me to build an online calculator we can put up in the forum? Could have all the ratios available for the h22 box on drop down menus for each gear. Could then do an option for red line and wheel size then people can work out what their own 'perfect' gearbox would be with reference to gearbox each cog comes from. Shouldn't take more than 2 - 3 hours to knock up based on the prelude online table
Were the any issues with that table?

I'm assuming you've got a spread sheet of gear ratio's and final drives, otherwise that's one random thread hijack!
Print screen and save it as a jpg? Not ideal, but it'd work.
EDIT: Wow where did all those posts above come from?!

I know exactly how it works! I'm selling my business idea which is exactly this process
Excel spread sheets don't work within a website, they would need to be downloaded and the calculations are not trasferrable. You can use the calcs in excel as a formula guide but the cals will be carried out in php, for example;
In excel we have cells A, B and C. In excel the equation of A= B * C would be written in cell A as = B * C.
In php its written as variable A which is defined as $A = $B * $C;
There are also instances where excel uses formulas that php doesn't understand for example the equation 'sum(a2:a8)' means body lemonade all to php.
The thing with the excel sheet is the code used can then be taken out of the sheet and used else where, where as in php this code is not visible unless you have access to the back end of the server.
As for time, I could knock up the code for these calcs in the same amount of time it would take someone to do it in a spread sheet. To give you an idea, I've set up a quantity surveying webiste which does all of the calculations for the materials for various construction projects such as laying a driveway. It works this out for specific items, adds them up and gives exact totals and costs.
