Here you go mate... Here's a link to Forbidden Motorsports... "a link to Forbidden Motorsports"
What it doesn't tell you is that if you select the upper most hole it'll reduce the throw by 40% i think it was

It's really solid, makes shifting a lot quicker, and just feels gooooooood 8) :D

Make sure you get what you pay for though, I remember he was a pain in the arse when he bought his lude off a friend of mine. Don't know him, he's probably genuine, just be wary.

And sorry if your reading this, just an opinion.

But, ooh Teins, nice and green, and lowery and stuff. 8)
Need my suspension sorting out bad. Good luck with it all.
You were right dude. Dean's a gentleman's sausage!

Got the Teins a week or so ago. The fronts are fine... never been used, but the one of the bumper stops from the rears somehow has split. So obviously I got back on to Dean and on to Carl at Invo-Tec (who is really nice and helpful) for a price. I think I was more than in my right to ask Dean to forfeit the cost of £34.50 being he told me the rears were as good as new and only been on his car for a week or so.

So would he?... Of course not! He even blaitently accused me of splitting it! Said he checked them before he sent them out. It was even a few texts in before he even knew what part I was talking about!

So although it's still not going to break the bank for me to get the thing replaced, you were right to be skeptical Rob. I wouldn't recommend anyone else buying anything from Deano269 on PUK.

Can you do that? Cheers dude. Though I don't expect you or they will have much joy. I was more than reasonable with him about it... Didn't lose my cool at all until he told me "last text now mate" :x

He really messed Carl at Invo-Tec about as well I found out having spoken to Carl last night. Who by the way is more than helpful looking on the bright side of things :)

Well it reiterates my experience of the guy. Yeah Carl had trouble with him as well. Just seems like a complete tw@ TBH.

Well Carl will sort you out.

You can have a word on PUK but think most are aware of him. Plus those coilovers were the last thing he was trying to shift, think he sold my mates old lude a while back. Good riddance I say.

I second that.

It's more of a shame than anything. From all the experience I've had before dealing with him, Prelude owners seemed to be some of the most honest people to deal with when it comes to cars and parts. (of course yourself included in that Rob  )

Cheers for your help Drew :) Don't bust a gut tho, cos I also got the impression he's knocked preludes on the head for now as well.

(LB) EGR Valve Clean, New OZ Wheels Front Teins & TarOz Disc

Post by NafemanNathan » Mon Feb 06, 2012 1:33 pm

Had a bit of a busy day today. First job was to finally get my hands on the appropriate tools to finally follow Drew's tip and clean out the EGR valve. So from this....

Image

I managed to simply scrape out the majority of the carbon... Which was S##t loads!....

Image

And after using the carb cleaner as well, it end up looking like this....

Image

Much better. So that was the first job.

Second job was to pick up my winnings from Ebay last night

Image

They should look pretty sweet once I've cleaned them up and got some new rubber bits :D

Image

Image

But my main task of the day was to fit these lovelies  8) ....

Image

So from this...

Image

Image

Followed this :D ...

Image

I popped my Tar Ox discs in there for good measure to :P

Just fitting the fronts today. I've still not finished at 7.45pm tonight... I need my dad to return home so I can borrow his weight

I've had a very subtle knocky type noise going on when pulling away slowly recently (slow enough to hear anyway) And as I suspected, my OS CV joint has a fair amount of play in it. So I'm happy that I've found out for sure what it is, but that's another on the "to do" list.
