Re: Nathan's Road-Legal/Track BB4: A life Story
This is what I'm contending with... This is a letter to the Council from my neighbour regarding my recent (3rd) planning application...

Firstly it hasn't just been resited, it's changed from a mono-pitched roof with parapit walls on three sides to an apex roof and is now 0.6m lower which is quite a dramatic change!
Secondly it was never going to cause damage to her property in the first place as I'd stated numerous times in my Design & Access Statement that the foundations were to go "UP TO" the boundary edge, and this is how far away her bird house foundation is from it
...

Thirdly, if I was to create any noise or *disruption (*
) the effect would be much greater if I wasn't working in a garage! And she keeps birds!!!
And fourly, this is what I have to look at!...

I can count 8 different style fence panels of a variety of colours... That she's responsible for! In my opinion I find a shanty town in the middle of an otherwise decent residential area "inappropriate"
I really can't stand hypocrites
And I'm just trying to avoid this...

... which in my eyes looks much worse than a decent rendered garage

Nope, but it's all seen as temporary so doesn't need it. I could go through the ordeal of complaining about it all and even to the extent of complaining about noise pollution from her birds, but it's a long drawn out process and isn't worth my time. I'd rather just block it out with a garage and a few trees4thgenphil wrote:has she got planning permission for all that crap?!

Sounds pathetic, but when I do get permission I will be sending her a letter to officially announce the burning all bridge between us. I was the best neighbour she had, I get on with all my other neighbour and we all help each other out, but she's ruined it. I did my best to prevent the garage impacting her by keeping it tucked behind her hideous bird prisons that she can't actually see over and what thanks do I get?Lude-dude wrote:people are territorial bitches,
