Nope, but it's all seen as temporary so doesn't need it. I could go through the ordeal of complaining about it all and even to the extent of complaining about noise pollution from her birds, but it's a long drawn out process and isn't worth my time. I'd rather just block it out with a garage and a few trees ;-)
She sounds like a right rhubarb tbh.

Also about temp. structures, you could be awkward about that with her. As far as I can make out, and as far as logic dictates, temporary buildings are exactly that... temporary. The literature I can find states that temporary structures don't need permission providing they are in connection with works taking place in the immediate area. So in this instance, she can have her poxy birdhouse as long as she has approved plans for or work is in motion to build a permanent structure to house the birds. :?: The fact that she has foundations and what looks like interior brickwork on her 'temp' structure stinks to me.

Any rough idea of the volume of the bird cage, no. of birds and ventilation area? Looks like the ventilation has been mostly blocked. Fair enough it's winter but that why you provide shelter boxes, not obstruct the air flow. Respiratory diseases galore.

Either way she sounds like a rhubarb.

When I first informed her of my plans, one of her first responses was that she "likes seeing my garden". She then tried to quickly back pedal and the best thing she could come up with was "it's been like this for 20 years, I don't want it to change" Since then she's had an architect (who did her planning for a detached house and intergrated garage on her side plot!) write her responses to either myself or the Council and has conjured up allegations of e wanting to use the garage for business use, creating noise pollution... Creating pollution full stop!!! And it being a general eyesore in general
