iv got a h22a7 in my 5th gen and now with a s300 and im making 236bhp so you could be looking at that bhp if PAW is doing it for you !A1ex wrote:I'm hoping soI've got my fingers crossed for 230bhp but will be happy with anything past 220bhp which should be realistic on Rich's expert advice.
As for cost, from start to finish including all of the parts and labour there isn't much change form £5k
EDIT: all includes intake and full exhaust as well as the rebuild parts

Remember we're working with a H22a5 10:1 compression ratio here chaps...185bhp standard when they are pine fresh new

Finished today, all sweet and mapping went well. I'll let Alex report in his thread...it's not for me to say....It's still good though

I'd just like to point out that this figure is NOT just for the work we're doing for AlexA1ex wrote:As for cost, from start to finish including all of the parts and labour there isn't much change form £5k

Bit slow updating this one I've been too busy skiing down mountains
As Rich sais, this £5,000 is everything including buying the car, parts, labour etc. For the quality of the work PAW do I'm very impressed with the rates, cheers Rich
So the results are in, with my lame a5 motor and the PAW magic they got 227.6 bhp and 174 lbft of torque
Rich took some pictures for me too;

and the all important dyno printout

Can't wait to drive her now, still in the wrong country at the moment so going to have to wait until Monday
