sounds like she just doesnt like you matey maybe she wanted your land as well maybe you should object to her planning proposals and start calling the environmental health people about her garden and the rats she is encouraging.
Complain to th council about the noise of the birds get her to move them away from your property line or start encouraging foxes into your area.

No we used to get on before all this. It's because we got on I thought I'd let her in on what I planned to do, then she went all petty on me.

Just buy a car, half strip it, leave it in the garden and tell her that if you had a garage it would be hidden and not be such an eye sore.
