Dry old solder looks like this

Use a soldering iron to melt the solder off and then blob on some new solder ;)

Confused already :( :( :(
Which bit?
Where?
ALL the dry solder points???

I thought similarly to Donald. Worth trying to jump start it next to see if that makes a difference. Mine would never start if the battery was anything under 90%. This is also even easier to check than the plugs ;-)
This getting all to techical, electrical, complicated and over the head for me guys :-(

I all stick with the soldering for now....then work backwards with each of your suggestions ... Thanks all for input :-)

You can just heat gun the whole board. All solders will heat up and fall back into place.

Persist, dear boy, persist. FWIW I've never had starting issues, but i'll bear the relay in mind if it starts.

Which one from the pics I posted, Ratty?

Do I just yank it out?
Heat up all the dry solders, suck it away and re-solder?

(Sigh, another purchase for soldering kit! :( CUE Donald? ;-))

At this rate,
With each new problem cropping up,
I have a feeling my daily "Luke" car may NOT be suitable as a DAILY car after all :-(

With my summer car SOLD last week.
2 kids to ferry about.
I think I may need to find a new but CHEAP daily car....
