Just as a note the sensor needs to be earthed to the block for a reading in this case.

Glad it was a easy fix, didn't know it was earthing through the block tho.

Glad it's sorted bud :) Shame about the added expenses of skimming the head and new gasket, but at least you know that's all good now ;)
