also you cant fit tubes in tubless tyres as the tyres have ribs inside that chafe and overheat the tube. not safe.

Actually, that's nearly as funny as those sad trendies who try to run away from Plod & their jeans fall down & their trainers fall off.

I agree with you to a certain degree, but surely it would be safer to run a tyre thats far too small for the width of the rim with a tube in it than run the risk of a tyre coming off the rim on every bend. a car losing its steering and taking out a pedestrian or a car/bike on the other side of the road isn't good.

I hate the stretched tyre look, go as low as you like but NO stretched tyres and the other one is stupid stupid camber

Love the wheel but this type of camber is as ghay as jeans below the arse and so wasteful. I hate it.

Running a wider tyre on the narrow wheel is far safer. VW T5 for example in 17x7.5" form use 255 wide tyres.
Minor streching isnt a problem IMO with 225 on a 9" but 205/215 on a 9" is a bit brown pants for my liking.

I run a stretch on all my tyres. The Aerodeck is quite mild but the trike rears are quite extreme, being 175 wide on a 7J rim!! Perfectly fine if you know what you're doing and doing it properly. The fun is putting them on though. Hairspray and a lighter usually does the trick.

I do like a subtle safe stretch, but those are just ridiculous! Especially that first 135 of a 7" rim
