Are they driver/passenger specific though? Surely you just buy a pair between two people if two people want a single seat each.

One thing I would add - there is absolutely no guarantee with fake seats how they will hold up in a crash. The one question I would ask is how much do you value your safety over looks and going cheaper? :?

They don't look handed. Even the sliding mechanism is central, and I'd have clearance either side to reach the reclining adjuster.

Supposedly these are made of steel as aposed to Aluminium, so they should be as strong, just heavier.

Are you able to get one weighed Rob? For that matter, are you able to get one stripped down to check the build quality?

Sorry to sound stupid but do they come with prelude runners? Or do you have to get that done seperataly?

I like my Type-S but can do with a bling factor in the car.

No they don't come with prelude runners, think you'll have to drill or weld your existing runners onto the seat :?:

I did hint to someone that it was on ebay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Jamex-seat-ra ... 5aeb912ccf

Just the one, but it's a start and could be used to take to a fabricator and replicate in some way? Cheaper than the Bride rails.

Yep, true. But it's still nearly £100 cheaper than the Bride ones.

I really don't understand why no-one else makes them? :?
