Ouch, busy boy, and another baby on the way, bush issues may be a point in hand for me, once back, had to discoonect my rear arb's for the welding to be done, they are all very cracked/ dry and mis-shapen, also creaky when going over bumps, rear shox are also original, never been replaced. One curious thing, since fitting my new rad. she's been running very cool, but yesterday fan came on and she was hot, but not overheating. Checked coolant and oil, both O.K. Will have to worry about that when I get back from the far east. You have a 4g, as well, right. Whats the difference between the two, or is it horses for courses?

Also forgot to mention she's owed a full respray and I have both electric windows to sort. The passenger's in just incredibly slow, so I'm hoping the mechanisms just need a clean/lube, but the driver's started dropping out the guides just before the winter. When I first got the car the sister-lift part was bent, so I straightened it back out, so I think it might be related to that. Maybe it's bent again for whatever reason. Also I have a set of wind deflectors saved in my favourites
Mechanically there's not a huge difference between the 3rd and the 4th gens, bar the obvious Vtec and or 4WS if you have it. the biggest differences are asthetics.
It could be your thermostat is on the way out or the thermo sensor:?: And sadly there's not many options for bushes for the 3rd gen. I'll looking to get the full SuperPro poly bush kit, but it's best part of £500!!!
You can't even get replacement rear upper ball joints it seems!

Oh dear, my upper bushes are going too, apparently only the whole wishbone joint is still available from Honda including the bush, sounds like Honda aren,t supporting the 3g so well anymore, pity, as things changed once Soichiro died, both on the bike and car side. Ironically, my drivers window is starting to go, so age related issue, got a spare motor and scissor - jack just in case, if you need to measure up / compare gimme a shout when I get back. Off to LHR now, so offline 'til I get to Wellington, regards to all, and speak soon. Oh window-wise, don't forget Hondaboy has quite a stock of spares, so give him a shout if needs be. God bless.

Do you not remember? The guy who sprayed it wasn't happy with it at all. He should have been in his new place when he took my car on, but it all fell through, so he ended up spraying the car in what was basically a large garage, but with only 2 foot either side of the car. So he wants to do it again.Ted wrote:huh how come ?NafemanNathan wrote:Also forgot to mention she's owed a full respray
