If you disconnect the fuel pipe at the fuel rail, stick the end in a clean bucket then get a mate to run a constant battery feed to the pump, you can see how healthy a flow you have. Get them to connect it at irregular intervals, but to me it doesn't sound like it'd be a blockage or anything like that. Either dodgy pump or dodgy wiring.

What map are you running?

Already tried that but without wiring it direct to battery. Sometime it trickles, sometimes it squirts.

What map? Stock ecu.

Try it with a direct feed and it's own earth to see if it's the pump or the wiring.

Thought you might have had a remap after you'd fitted the SC.

Where have you been. Iv had problems since installing it. Can't get the car to reliably start and last a journey.
It's having it's clutch changed 1st after it finally starts everytime.

How many threads have you got on the subject?!

So is that not part of your issue then, you're running on a standard map but with oodles more that standard air being blasted through? You're bound to have fueling issues aren't you?

I'm not a supercharger/turbo guy, but you need to be running a different map right otherwise your sensors will just be confusing your engine, hence under or over fueling?

I realise idle should still be the same, but what about cold start up? What kind of temperatures has it been when it has started successfully?

Is it stupid to suggest that it's something to do with the map? I can't remember what you have plugged in now but whatever it is it's not set up properly is it. Could it be some mixture somewhere isn't right and as it tries to adjust to compensate it goes nuts and just causes it to cut out?
Its on the OEM ECU. So it should run fine. When it does run the car runs fine. A bit rich.

But its completely random if it decided to start or not or even idle. Sometimes it runs fine and sometimes it wont.
It very irritating.

Troubleshooting with Escher.

After Ratty checks the fuel pump we'll know I guess. If everything else is fine then this must be the issue. There's nothing else to eliminate.
