im gonna be gettin a major service on my car shortly and fitting my new cam cover and strut brace at the same time i would like to upgrade to performance ignition leads and plugs just wandered what people would recomend and where to get the parts, i have account with normal suppliers but not performance parts, any help guidance most appreciated, oh yeah its the 2.2 bb4 model looking to make the engine bay look smarter at the time of doing this

Plug wise, NGK or Denso Iridium are the fave as well as NGK Platiniums if you don't mind shelling out a bit more (They do last longer, so the extra bucks aren't wasted).

Lead wise, Magnecor KV85 are considered a worth upgrade, but shop around for prices ;-) I think anywhere sub £85 is a good price.
