Not one that I've seen - this one most definitely wasn't off the shelf, the hours in the garage in 28 degree heat on Sunday are a testament to that!

I'll see how I get on with them as they are, not too sure on the perspex - firstly, there's a couple of curves, and secondly, the arm that comes down is a separate part so it clears the bolts holding the hinge, and they're also curved to make sure the engagement on the switches is correct - not sure I could confidently make the small adjustments required (because of course it's all hand-built) without damaging it!

I could possibly get you some aluminium bits laser or waterjet cut as and when we cut the thickness you'd want, assuming we'd have an offcut big enough. Let me know if you're interested.
