Theres always going to be dates where one can't make it and one can.. I think James should get 2 or 3 dates (which suits him best) and then people vote.. :twisted: :twisted:

I' have 2 weddings in July and then rest of the months I'm going to be in Portugal. 8-) 8-) :(

Exactly, meets can't be made to everyone's diary otherwise we'd never get anything done.

TBH I wouldn't even call a vote. It's James' gaff, he sets the date best for him and then those who can make it will.

I was going to post the exact same thing last night - it's James' place, and it's when is most suitable and least disruption for himself and Nicola.

There will *always* be at least someone who can't make a specified date, and it's a shame that they won't be able to make it, but it's still 3-4 months away, plenty of time to make some plans!

We also have the 7ssue 8f weddings and pony shows in july. The start or the end is what we have avsilable.
