I have been working on an H22a7 to clean up, break into bits, and sell. While working on the intake manifold I thought I would clean the EGR system while I was there, I am glad I did

The EGR valve was coked up a little as you would expect, what greeted me in the EGR chamber was a suprise.
About 5 grams of pure carbon blocking the whole thing up

It was rammed tight with carbon.
Cleaned
This makes me think what my H22a8 is like as that has covered over 100K now. The ATR IM is great as you can remove the top of the whole chamber, the ordinary Lude EGR chamber is not removeable but you can try and clean it which I may attempt (at some point
