Well I didn't plan on some bint driving into my door :(
But plan is to get that back from the repair later this week, then drive the hell out of it before the baby arrives and having enough sleep just to function becomes a priority

Service, including timing belt...... Not Done
17" wheels (motegi or similar)....... Bought and temporarily fitted until the snow returned. Yokahama tyres fitted are awful in the snow / slush so back on my standard 16" for now. Motegis aren't in bad condition though ideally need a refurb. Tyres are too good to throw away but prob not good enough to warrant removing and saving. Think refurb can wait for now.
HID headlights..... Now got a spare set of headlights so I can get some retrofitted. Just waiting until I find someone to convert a set for me, or pluck up courage to have a go myself. ;)

Would also like to get the bodywork tidied up a bit, and get it lowered, but can't see that happening any time soon..... unsurprisingly, no progress.
I've also bought a half decent rocket cover. Going to fit that, as its better than the one currently being used and then have a go at a refurb .... what's the worst that can happen? :D
Also got a japspeed manifold to fit when the weather improves. Wasn't particularly looking to buy one but saw it and made a low offer that got accepted!

Now added a set of twin-pot calipers on to the 'to-do list'.

I'm sending a truck to go get my Prelude back from my Dad's house Thursday. I have 10 days off over Easter, I plan to replace the ARB brackets on my Scirocco so that I can get an MOT & tax on it ASAP, then spend the rest of my hols sorting the Prelude. The urgent to do list is replace O/S upper wishbone, replace N/S outer CV boot, rear caliper and remove whatever is spliced into my ECU loom as it's making the car run too rich (maybe  ). After those bits are done I'll take it in for it's MOT, and hopefully get it back on the road. I miss my lude loads, it genuinely makes me sad that it's been a bit neglected since winter started :(

I've been putting all this work off due to the weather so far, but I'm going to buy some thermals to put on under my boiler suit, hopefully I'll be nice and toasty and up for some work!!

Get my arches and sills from Cebul fitted and car resprayed in original colour. This order will depend if i find any seats at a reasonable price.
replace all disc and pads, not needed but would like to upgrade, I would also really like to get the polybushing done this year as well.
I was due to go and get the quote for arches and aint on monday but he said his dad who will be doing the metal work was having a really bad day so not a good day for a cheap qoute.
Ive now also added the LSD gearbox, ive got the box just need to get the new clutch and fly wheel.

A quarter of the way through the year I am still on track, although I have taken a big detour but only because I sold off a load of stuff :D

Finish is a big word. Is a project ever finished?

A running engined car on the road is the goal!

For me it's getting it thought the MOT by fitting a sports cat and sorting out whatever that nasty rattle is on the NSF.

Then it's jobby or bust later this year. Either welding, respray, new leathers, etc. or strip and scrap.

leaving her in the safety of the garage and buying a whole new car to play with with the cash I would have spent taxing, insuring and MOTing the her.
