where are you getting these cheap quotes from? my o/s front needed doing for mot main dealers down here wanted £274 + vat and motorfactors wanted £192 and was told that balljoint was not pressable.

Motorfactors bud. They did have two options and I think the more expensive one may have been around the £190 mark, but the cheaper was half the price and still OE quality.

I pressed new balljoints into my old arms, saves a fortune and can be done with a vice and a few sockets. The lower ball joints are another story..............

speak to rich at PAW. he swapped all of my ball joints over for a good price. i know he can get the little ones at the top.

This just keeps getting better, not only did they break the ball joint when fitting the new spring, they also broke the ARB linkage on the opposite side.

Luckilly they haven't charged me for this and they knocked another £30 off the final price.

I wonder if they used a sledge hammer to remove the old spring :roll:
