Spring rates BA4

Post by tincka_3gen » Tue Apr 16, 2013 3:49 pm

Hi,

I've sort of decided to order BC Racing coilovers (I'm still waiting for people from Gaz to respond to my emails and telling me how much they woudl cost). The issue I have now is that they offer the following spring rates: 10K front and 5K back. Do you think these are OK? Do any of you have these spring rates on their Lude and are you satisfied with them?

Thanks.

That's pretty standard from bc, 10/8 was more recommended for track but that's on a bb4

I don't need it for track, but rather for everyday use. But I still want my car to be stiffer than the original. :)

10kg/6kg is standard but they can do any spring rate. The 4th and 5th gens and Mr2 rear springs are the same. ;)

Depends on the use. Id like 10kg front and 10 or 12kg rear for track. get that rear end to turn more.
