One thing though, as with all dampeners for the 4th. Due to the "gutter" between the front wing and the bonnet being so narrow, they do tend to rub a bit. I noticed the other day that mine have corroded a bit. No paint has come off either of the body panels, so obviously they could have just done with a better protective coating.
I've literally just today had some Tegiwa bonnet spacers arrive which will lift the bonnet at the hinge 25mm with the aim off ridding them of any contact from either of the body panels. This is fine as it's on my track lude, but may not be so ideal for someone looking to keep their lude looking fairly standard.

yep same problem I had, worked fine on oem hoodFerdie wrote:I know

because the hood is to leight to close the dampers!
i've got a pair here brand new for a Prelude from 92 till 2000 but got a poly hood and didn't work
think nitin may of had some faulty ones
