Rears are interchangeable between the two generations i belive.

Would be good to know. But i expect it to be BB3-4 & BB6-9 (2ws) are interchangable and BB1-2 & BB5-7-8 are the 4ws ones.

4ws ARB are the same as 2ws are they not?

I recall the part numbers of 4th and 5th gen ARBs being the same from one particular manufacturer... I can't remember what brand it was though, or whether it was front or back :lol:

I have been looking at other brands though, and ST (Suspension Techniques) list their rear one for the 4th as 2WS only.

4th gen rear ARB fits my rear of the car..(5th gen) but the front 4th gen wont.. think there wasnt enough room around the exhaust system... its all tight on the 5th.. not loose like the 4th gen! ;) :lol:
