Is it worth it for a buitlt n/a motor? Bearing in mind I have a standard one already

To be fair we don't really hear of H22 head gaskets blowing. Depends on the brand of the one you've already got, but I'd imagine OEM or equivalent is good for up to 300bhp with out any worries. Just depends on the thickness you require if you're running a different crank/rod/piston setup.
It's not something I've done oodles of research on yet though. I was going to before I rebuilt my motor though. Maybe it's something Rob's looked into. If so, be prepared

Not researched this myself as I'm not building my block yet. But I may be picking up a block very soon and building something sooner than I think if funds permit. I need a thicker gasket to lower the compression as I too have 11.5's!
Not too much but enough to avoid knock as possible. Rich at PA has been the devil on my shoulder to try this on the supercharger one day.
