2 x TRS Magnum 6 point harnesses with 3" shoulder and 3" lap straps for me and my passenger. Why blue? My seat and race suit are black and in the event of an emergency and they have to cut me out I would rather they do it fast  For this reason I think I will get a snap on boss for my steering wheel, almost essential if you end up on the cars roof.

Plan for when things go right and plan for when things go wrong 8-)

It sounds silly but I didn't expect the 3" straps to the that wide

Not used to that much girth then?

No I take your point, I've seen quite a few crashes on track and I'd want as much protection as possible. It's a fun sport, but you want to go home in one piece at the end of the day.

My passenger seat arrived today. Since there is no need for a passenger seat for competition I didn't spend megabucks on it. It is a Cobra Monaco non-FIA approved tubular steel seat weighing 10.6kg. It is comfy and sturdy enough for passenger laps round Knockhill :D Plus it matches my other Cobra seat.
