I never got around to painting the spats again (they're just sitting in the conversatory ) but I did swap in my Skunk2 cam end seal and add some instant gasket to the cam cover :) I also replace the VTEC valve gasket, the old one was squashed flat so I doubt it was doing any sealing!

I placed a small dab of instant gasket at the base of each "hump", hopefully that's right

I removed all the paper towel that left bits around the place. VTEC is a bit smoother now, there was some gunk in the seal filter. Not sure if the oil leak has been sorted, need to wait and see!

I might take the plastic fuel rail cover off and try and get some carb cleaner/paper towel down the back to remove any oil, I think it's the cam gear side of the cover I need to keep any eye on for leaks, but that's the side with all the extra crap around it

Forgot to update the LIST.

- Refurb and fit new wheels
- Redo interior wiring (CarPC/speakers)
- Fit heated seat elements
- Fit rear spats
- Paint plastic sills
- Tidy headlight wiring
- Replace fog light bulbs
- Bleed brakes
- Clean engine bay
- Fit rear ARB, bushings and drop links
- Fit exhaust header heat wrap

Buy:
- Sound deadening

The rear ARB and its bushings have been posted, should be here any day now I think. The car is also booked in next week Monday to have the rear arches looked at again (few rust bubbles have appeared, getting it done for free) and at the same time I'm having the rust on the drivers side rear pillar sorted. Before she goes in for this I'm going to strip the interior down at the back so they don't have to, at the same time I'll re-run the CarPC cables.

Ordered some Neuton NT8000s for the new wheels, they should have arrived today :D So with luck permitting get it all fitted tomorrow.

I haven't refurbished them, my current tyres are dangerously low and the new ones aren't actually in that bad condition so I'll be able to live with them as they are for the next few months.

The new ARB and droplinks are fitted, however there's still a knocking coming from the back drivers side. Not sure if it's the CarPC slightly loose though  Massive difference, but that's probably mostly because the old one was so worn!

The weather is supposed to be nice all day tomorrow, so going to get some car work done, strip the interior a bit and give it a good clean.

I haven't been losing any oil since changing the solenoid seal and fitting the cam cap either so bonus!

And I've got some new Mintex brake pads (just standard Mintex pads) on the way, so I'll fit those and bleed the brakes one weeked.

If the weathers nice enough for long enough I might get around to heatwrapping the header

No, quite similar to the body colour silver actually. Going to have them completely stripped and re-painted body silver anyway.
