How rare is VS3 wing?

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

I'd say that's a very fair price to offer people Lucas, but that's a lot of trust and living up to promises involving a lot of money on everyone's part. It's quite the risk. Not saying you shouldn't trust people, but member's are pulling out of groupbuys/purchases all the time simply because of personal situations.

Also is this something you'd be replicating yourself and how much experience do you have?

I'd definitely be interested. This is the only spoiler (besides OEM) I'd have on my 4th gen.
1997 Prelude Base (wrecked)
1996 Prelude SR (sold)
1994 Subaru SVX LSi (Sold)

Current:
1999 Prelude Base (S-Spec build in progress)
1990 Nissan 300ZX (weee!)
2011 Ford CVPI (daily)
1957 Cadillac Coupe de Ville

That's your point of view. There can be only one in whole world, but a piece of fiberglass isn't worth this money for me. If it was CF then I can pay on front even today. I have some CF bits on my car already and this would be nice addition. I like it's shape and I don't care how rare it is. That's it

And also I will have to pay for welding holes after my mugen wing, respray with custom color (btw not awailable here as it's proper paint -not water based jobby) So at the end of the day we are looking for £500-600. I can have second prelude for this money.

But if someone want to be one of luckiest people around whole world then why not GLWT

Welding holes and a custom colour aren't Lucas' problem though so he shouldn't have to factor that in.

Given the rarity of the piece and the costs involved in having a mould made up etc. 300 is quite reasonable IMO.

Sorry but expecting CF for that money is a joke.

BTW I'm not saying 300 is cheap by any means, but if you look at how much he's looking at paying for essentially the same thing you'd be getting...you're getting a good deal. 1/2 - 1/3 the price and none of the legwork.

Then it's just simply out of your price range, end of. (And that's not saying you can't afford it).

Also I could say I'd only pay £50 for one, because other than my time I could make myself one for £50 (as I have access to materials at work). I'm pretty sure I'd be kidding myself thinking Lucas would sell one to me for £50 though ;-)

Depends on the paint. I will use waterbased paint everytime over solvent and 2k. So much more forgiving and colours hold their vibrancy a lot longer.
I use the original Ppg waterbased. Epic stuff.

Thanks man.
your right though, it is alot of trust for other members !
but its also a gamble for me as ive putting my own at risk aswel.
id only be making 2 copys, so there would only be 3 in the uk ( and three over in the states and canada) so i would need to put in my own £££ to pay for the vs3 from the states.. and id be getting a small family comapy that I know of who, for a living, create fiberglass & carbon fiber bodykits, lips, spoilers, bonnets, wings, interior bits etc etc. they are called fiberworx.

so the copies will be of excellent quality 100% replica of the original!
and very well made, not cheap fiberglass ;)

and that would also cost me several £££ just to make them!
so Iit would cost a total of £920 after I make them so to make it even id need to sell them for at LEAST £300 !
which mean it would cost me exactly £320 to do everything sodont even make profit for my troubles, but lets say they were 400.. it would then only cost me £120.
But I think that would for to selfish for someone to do so £350 per spoiler seem more appropriate.

would cost me £220 of my own money

thank you to everyone who also understands the more than reasonable price on them ;)
