The old ones are long gone, but the old sealant is still there, so I do have a template of sorts that I planned on using.

Good idea with the tape, that'll make it easier as well.

Yes, because I'm not wanting polythene sheet. I have a huge roll of that already, but it's too rigid to form to the contours of the door properly. The original stuff is slightly elastic to allow for this and so can be pulled taut. It'll bug the hell out of me everytime I close the door and hear it flapping otherwise :lol:

Thats coincedenatal as i sent Honda email asking for price on these on Friday.Not hear anything back.
These are the part numbers i got of puk
4th gen plastic door sheets
- OEM Honda left and right -- 72361-SS0-010 & 72321-SS0Q01

Im guessing but they cant just be poly sheets to me they look like a goretex kinda fabric :think:

can you use a heat gun to form it to the shape you need get a spare door lay it down put the plastic on it heat it with the heat gun until its the right shape

a spare door is only needed if you want to do it flat on the ground :lol:
