Have bought a standard h22 mani will it make a difference to the sound of car as it has a cheapo eBay one on it at the moment.

That'll be more to do with your backbox/silencer then.

The backbox generally determines what kind of a noise it'll make. A stainless steel manifold will amplify it.

I have a spoon n1 rep that I got from my brother it sounded like angry bees when it was on his aerodeck total different sound when I put it on mine?

You have to consider the completely different engines as well as the rest of the exhaust. If you and I were screaming down the same spec tube it would be silly to expect it would sound the same.
