...when opeining and closing my drivers door?!

I know it's the check strap, but I don't know how to stop it being so noisy, WD40 did nothing :(

You need to pack more grease in there. If anything WD40 would have washed what little grease you have left away.

Grease it and Hit it a tap with a hammer, pin could be worn out

And yea wd40 is pants for stuff like that, get some proper grease.

Make sure its not worked loose. Mine was clicking away until I found the bolts inside the door were loose.

I have this issue and ended up getting a new check strap from honda £53 :cry:

Yeah my pin had snapped i think, you can see it move about when the door is opening. The click was so loud ppl would turn around in car parks lol. Suprising really as the car only has 24k on the clock.
