Do new unused fuel filters smell of fuel?

That's disgusting behaviour! If the suppliers are aware this goes on, firstly they surely shouldn't be tempting the garages by sending two out, but on return surely they should be checking everything?

See i think its a good idea to send two out, every day you will get 2 or 3 vans go to the same place with a part "nope, wrong one, try again"

think of all the unessecary pollution happening just because the garage cant be trusted to do their returns properly.
