Having lived in Florida, I can agree with how quickly the legal highs are produced and just how easy they are to obtain. All of my local gas stations with a convenience store attached sold incense, bath salts, plant food, spice, extracts etc... and they're ridiculously good value for money. OK, so some of the side effects are a bit rough, and especially when the helicopter room effect kicks in (which everyone always seem to get from incense), I can see how that if someone is already a bit out of it, or disorientated, when everything starts helicoptering, they can get seriously freaked out. Couple this with any pre-existing mental problems, and that's a recipe for disaster!!
