I can't say for sure if they will also fit 4x100 without having the wheel hub to test

I could be wrong, but these actually look like they only have 1 PCD. The 4 holes of the slightly larger PCD don't look like they have the correct taper and finish to suit 60 degree tapered nuts.

Might be worth taking a closer up pic of the holes to confirm bud.

I will have an investigate Sunday see what I can find and measure them up with pics.I bought them for my my 4th gen and don't want to sell them without being 100% sure they fit 4x100 incase I get it wrong.
