Ok, I will make mine from fibreglass then. Anyone know where to get that foam stuff that is easy to shape/cut?

ha ha, cheers for the thread Sam - good to see my lude still having the Marmite affect!!
I have done a few other things since these pics - CF bonnet, and re-created the bootlid in carbon too. Had to loose the lip spoiler to do that, as it would have needed a compound mould for the outer section. I also took the rear light units apart and tinted the outer rings red, looks much better, but havent got round to fitting them yet.
Im have started getting back into carbon fabrication again this summer, getting better results from lessons learnt etc, I'll stick some pics up somepoint.

Also got a cupboard full of bits that I have been collecting to throw under the bonnet, was hoping to have done that this summer but plans dont always go to.....plan.
