You'll need a TB for the 2nd one. OEM wise your not limited to the 62mm ATR TB, the 5G H22a8 and Type-S use the same. OR go aftermarket

Not sure if the Lude's EGR fits it, and you'll have to use the Ludes IACV anyway

the atr injectors are supposed to be better than the ludes better spray pattern apparently
