I'm still not really sure about the actual wheels themselves either. I really want to put some rota gtr on there but im not made of money lol. The problem with the black is it almost hides the wheels and U can't see any spokes so I want to lighten them up...or find a swap for something different

Ok, I didn't get my coilovers done as I got held up by a stubborn bolt, then it started raining. I did get my new discs on. No more warped discs.

Also, I really need to stop parking like this but I just can't stop myself. It makes me feel like a bad ass :-D

Quite right. I usually find it easier to reverse in than out.

Well today was most productive. I fitted and removed my launch control/rev limiter (no trash talk please) as the hondas need a different type than mine oh well.

I have a "contact" who allows me use of his workshop if there is spare ramp space for a small fee. Being underneath cars always makes me sad but this honda...everything is covered in some sort of rust   my biggest concern was at the back with the 4ws. The big actuator (at a guess) was really covered in it. I can see myself doing restoration work on this over the years

Fitted my resonated decat. I didnt know you could get these and its superb! the exhaust note has barley changed and when taking to redline I get a satisfying pop out of the back (probs related to the hole in my exhaust :( ) What annoys me about normal decats is the tractor noice they give you on a straight thru system with a back box but this sounds spot on

Now at this point my phone ran out of battery :( but I fitted my d2 coilovers and left them at the height they were out of the box. Needless to say the rear looked badass but was totally un usable :( I have them set up almost spot on. Theres a spot of rubbing here and there and the damping is set to full hard but its not even that hard!!! May need to fettle with the pre load slightly. These really are excellent road going coilovers. The teins on my old glanza were not fun on the road but these d2's are fantastic. I was worried that I was going to ruin the overall feel of the car by adding coilovers but its transformed it completely. It has exacerbated my steering problem a bit though but im putting this down to either a: Play in one of the rear arms (can hear it knocking) b:poor wheel alignment (didnt get it done today as I dont have the gear for it) or c:combination of both. Sweeping right handers are very...twitchy. Lefts are fine and hard rights too. (this cars handling is unreal for a fwd car, easily out handles my mrs old rx8)

No pictures until tomorrow though. Need daylight so u can have a before and after :)

Edit: but heres a pic of the hole in my exhaust just before the flexi :( I could get it welded but its all looking pretty sorry for itself and it looks like a bunch of welding has been done around that area already. I guess i will just have to get some shiney exhaust bits. What a shame that will be...

It looks good at that height! Yeah you will need a wheel alignment to get the best out of your car. After I fitted my coilovers the car felt horrible until I got the wheel alignment done.

Yep, still got to get mine done as it doesn't feel right since lowering it an extra half inch or so.
